This qualification reflects the role of individuals who participate in a range of routine and predictable hospitality work activities. Students work under close supervision and are given clear directions to complete tasks. The program consists of six units made up of three core units and three elective. Units are delivered holistically and assessed as standalone units. The qualification provides a pathway to work in various Hospitality settings, such as cafes, restaurants, bars, takeaway shops.
